Sept. 10: Hotel Reservations Open for All Members
Availability is first-come, first-served. On September 10, NAMM will email a booking link that allows you to reserve your stay through our official hotel provider, EventSphere. Please note, your NAMM membership must be active to access the link and secure your room.
Save time and money by placing your booth orders early with NAMM’s official general service contractor, Freeman. Order a wide array of services, including:
As an exhibitor, you may receive emails and phone calls from scammers luring exhibitors to book fake hotel rooms or purchase fraudulent lists. These companies are NOT affiliated with NAMM and are NOT authorized to contact you.
Many of these companies retrieve your public information from the interactive floor plan and may even contact the main company number to obtain your name and direct line or email. Your personal contact information is never posted online by NAMM and is only shared with the service providers authorized by NAMM.
All official NAMM correspondence will be sent directly from NAMM via an email newsletter, direct email, direct mail or a phone call.
Please keep in mind:
Official NAMM Show service providers are listed on NAMM’s Exhibitor Resources webpage. NAMM has vetted these companies and verified that they offer legitimate products and services.
If someone calls you from an organization, don't assume they're a legitimate representative of that organization. Call them back on the main company number. Caller ID isn't a reliable way to verify a caller’s identity.
If someone emails you about something urgent, get their phone number and call them to ask questions. Don’t reply to the email and don’t send money. The ‘sender’ field can be altered and is not a reliable way to verify if an email is legitimate.
If you receive a suspicious email or are unsure an email is a legitimate service provider email, call NAMM headquarters at 760-438-8001 or forward the email to cease@namm.org.
How to File a Fraud Report
Help stop scammers by reporting fraudulent solicitations to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
To report fraud:
Go to ReportFraud.ftc.gov
Click “Report Now”
For Question 1: select “An Impersonator”
For Question 2: select “Well-known or trusted business”
Click “Continue”
Provide as much detail as possible and submit
Why it matters: The FTC shares reports with law enforcement partners. With enough complaints, we can help stop fraudsters from targeting exhibitors.
