Important Exhibitor To-Do's on Your NAMM Dashboard

If you are the Primary Contact for your NAMM Show booth, please take a moment to complete the following actions to properly set up your company on our upgraded platforms:

ACTION: Update Your Contact Information in the NAMM Dashboard

  1. Log in to your NAMM Dashboard and click "Update Information."
  2. Scroll down and update three tabs: Contact Information, Billing Address and Shipping Address.

Why do this?
Updating these fields ensures your company information is displayed correctly on the show map,  online directory and Digital Showroom.

ACTION: Add Your Employees Under "Manage Employees"

If you are the Primary Contact, please log in to your NAMM Dashboard and add your NAMM Show team employees under “Manage Employees” — assign their Role and give them an Access Level.

Why do this?
This step ensures your employees are correctly associated to your company and getting all NAMM communications. Feel free to add all your company employees so they have access to their NAMM member benefits!

Set Up Your New Exhibitor Resource Center

If you are the Primary Contact, please log in to your NAMM Dashboard to set up your Exhibitor Resource Center and grant your team members access to the ERC.

ACTION: Set Up ERC

  1. Log in to your NAMM Dashboard.
  2. Click "Exhibitor Resource Center" on the left side of your dashboard.
  3. Enter your email address when prompted.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@mapyourshow.com.
  5. Click the link in that email to complete your setup.
If you don’t see the email within 15 minutes, please check spam or confirm your email address is correct.

Once you set up your ERC, please complete these steps:

ACTION: Add Users
  1. Go to "Users" on the left menu.
  2. Click "Add New User."
  3. Add your marketing team members and your exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) and give them "Exhibitor Access."
Why do this?
The Primary Contact needs to add users so that your NAMM Show team can access the ERC show planning tools, dates and deadlines, and so that your EAC can access booth regulations/guidelines and move-in and move-out information.

ACTION: Make Information Updates for Accuracy
  1. Under "Update Your Exhibitor Information," click "Company Information."
  2. Update your "Directory Name," social media fields and company description — this is how it will appear on the show map, online directory and your Digital Showroom.
  3. In the "Update Your Exhibitor Information" box, also update "Product Categories" (attendees will search for your brand by these categories), and "Exhibitor Events" (your Basic brand package includes one Exhibitor Event upload).
These actions ensure the ERC is available to your entire team and your company information is accurate across platforms. Thank you!

Upgrade Your Digital Showroom Before the App Goes Live

Before they arrive in Anaheim, attendees turn to The NAMM Show app and online directory to plan who they'll visit. Attendees can search products and exhibitors to add to their show planners, request meetings and plan their time at the show. Upgrade your Digital Showroom to receive increased visibility.

TIP: If you plan to have multiple events, upgrade to the Essential Package under "Upgrade My Digital Showroom." This is a good fit for exhibitors that want to add up to 15 Exhibitor Events, such as giveaways, celebrity appearances, product demos and networking events.

A variety of other packages are designed to highlight your product offerings, boost your brand's visibility on the app, Exhibitor Search function or Directory Home Page, and drive traffic to your booth.

With all options, you'll be able to track views, clicks and leads in real time.

Please complete the ERC set up steps outlined above to access your Digital Showroom.

The Show Map Is Now Live

Log in to your NAMM Dashboard and click "Exhibitor Resource Center" to access the show map! From the top of the ERC page, click your hyperlinked booth number to see your booth on the map. You'll also see your company information as attendees will see it. Check out the show map today!
