Booth Logistics Checklist
Stay ahead of your booth logistics with these essential details:
1. Freight Target Check-In Schedule Available, Marshaling Yard and Truck Check-in Time
The Claudina Marshaling Yard, located two miles from the Anaheim Convention Center, is where trucks check in before unloading at the convention center.
Allow 4-6 hours (halls A-D) and 8 hours (ACC levels 2-3 and ACC north) from your freight target check-in time until labor begins. This will ensure that you don’t have labor standing around waiting for the freight to be delivered to your exhibit location.
Exhibitors working outside designated hours can make arrangements with their floor manager.
Treat your staff and guests to a culinary experience that matches the excellence of your exhibit. Aramark, our trusted catering partner, offers quality ingredients, customizable menus and convenience.
On January 3, a 15% late fee begins for booth and meeting room catering.
Collect valuable leads with ease and efficiency with Maritz, our official lead retrieval service provider. Choose a Mobile App, Handheld or Tablet Badge Scanner for quick, on-the-spot attendee contact data.
11/15 PAST DUE -Atmospheric Effects Demo Request Form — If you plan to showcase product demos in the atmospheric or hazing category, the Anaheim Fire and Rescue and Anaheim Convention Center require approval in advance.
12/1 - Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Application: For Exhibitors— If you hire outside help (EACs) for booth setup or services, please have your EAC review the requirements on our Exhibitor Appointed Contractor page and complete this form to submit your EAC.
